The proposal QPIC-AI, in which Synogate is participating, has been accepted for funding by the Horizon Europe programme. Synogate participated in this proposal alongside the Demokritus Research Centre of Greece, South Korean Telekom SK Telekom and the Austrian Institute of Technology AIT. We are looking forward to an exciting project, aiming to develop AI-enhanced photonic quantum nodes for secure communications. QPIC-AI will enable autonomous, self-calibrating quantum modules capable of maintaining stability in real-world conditions and deploy embedded AI for predictive drift compensation and closed-loop control with FPGA-based QKD prototypes and platforms.
